Trick or Treat

Ok so we're a little bit over due on the Halloween posting but here are the pictures finally. Man has Halloween celebrations changed since we had a baby. BB (before baby) we used to live in San Francisco's Castro district so Halloween was one big party. Now days we dress up, buy a buck load of candy and get super excited whenever the door bell rings. The day after we try not to indulge in all the left over candy. This year we got smart and A. did not buy as much candy and B. bought candy we don't like.

How we do love watching all the costumes, my personal favorite this year, a baby skunk. Isabella who loves monkeys and can sound like one had a monkey costume. That was until Santa Ana hit San Diego and it was too hot to press her precious little body into it. So mom came to the rescue and she ended up being a pumpkin witch instead.

On Thursday before Halloween James company Intuit had a Halloween party for all employees and their kids. We had a great time and ate some questionable things; cupcakes with gray icing and dirt from a grave. On Friday Isabella went trick and treating with daycare and then at home with mommy and Jessica. Later in the evening we were handing out candy to all kids who came to our house. They all loved Isabella handing out the candy.

Cotton candy time and Intuit (yes please give all kids pure sugar before bed time)

The chefs at Intuit's restaurant looks like they had a rough day

One, two three....do we for sure have enough candy for everyone?

Isabella not the happiest witch in town but had a good time until then

Helping daddy with some office work. "I don't know why he is so stressed, this is so easy".
