Happy Thanksgiving... Mahalo

From those first two rainy days, the weather got better and better. It has been an absolutely wonderful trip. We had a delicious Thanksgiving dinner... I suppose it will give us the strength for our journey home tomorrow.

We also made a point of getting to Yoga most everyday. It felt great, and we're proud of ourselves for having done. The teachers though were pretty terrible. They used a microphone (unnecessary because it was a small room) and the whole class the teachers sat in the front (not even with good posture). The teacher also kept saying how we have to push through pain and do every pose 100% even if you have an injury. When Fredrica took the class she informed the teacher she has sciatica due to a bulge disc. Middle of the class the teacher turned to Fredrica and told her in front of the whole class that the reason she has sciatica is because she sit to much!!! Interesting perspective. In James's class the teacher stopped in the middle and asked him where he had been practicing yoga... so inappropriate to do in the middle of class.
