Hosting our first Thanksgiving

This is the first time hosting Thanksgiving in our home. It was fun and a great success. Our food seemed to appeal to all... vegetarians, meat eaters, picky eaters, sugar sensitive and lactose intolerant. Not an easy task but the three chefs; Jessica, James and Fredrica pulled it off (with some help from Whole Food).

Our menu read; turkey, tofurkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing (thank you Toni), mushrome gravy, broccoli casserole, cranberry sauce, green beans, corn, roasted vegetables and buns. For dessert we had fudge ice cream pie (thank you Andrea), pumpkin cheese cake (thank you Jessica), cookies (thank you Jill).

The Table

The boys... cutting the Turkey

Every year since my brother and I were little, my parents took a picture of us in front of the Turkey. The tradition starts with the next generation...
